Absolutely! BJJ is one of the safest martial arts. There's no striking, and techniques are taught progressively with safety as the top priority.
We offer programs starting at age 4 with our Little Champions class, with appropriate programs all the way through age 15.
No! BJJ actually teaches self-control and discipline. Students learn to manage their emotions and resolve conflicts peacefully.
We recommend 2-3 times per week for best results, but we have flexible scheduling to work with busy family schedules.
Kids progress through a youth belt system that recognizes their growth and achievements. Belt tests are held regularly based on skill development.
